You may upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, or another video sharing site, or you may paste a link to a file on Dropbox or other cloud storage. Make sure you change the settings and permissions so that the video can be accessed by your instructor.

Write out 5-7 affirming phrases you can begin using more frequently with the children you teach. Meditate on them, and visualize yourself saying them to children in your classes.
